Mrs. Tigest Wako tends to her family farm in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. She is one of the only female land owners in the area. She primarily produces natural processed coffees, where she leaves the coffee cherries intact during the entire fermentation and drying process. The cherries are dried on raised beds in direct sunlight. This helps create the unique floral and fruity flavors known from Ethiopian coffees.
