Gilmer Cordova was one of the first coffee producers we met during our travels to Cajamarca, Peru in 2019. He helped organize LimCof, the association of producers we purchase coffee from. After years of traveling and collaborating together, we decided to grow our Peruvian offerings by adding his top quality lot. Gilmer is a friend, and we’re proud to offer coffee from him. His farm is located high up in the Andes mountains near Huabal, Cajamarca, Peru.

The Andes Mountain Range stretches across the western coast of Peru and down the length of South America. The high elevations provide an ideal climate for farmers to cultivate high quality coffee.
