Recognized as the birthplace of specialty coffee, Ethiopia is home to heirloom coffee varieties and unique coffee traditions. In the Natural Process, coffee cherries are left on the seeds to be fermented and dried on raised beds in direct sun. This process creates floral and fruity flavors.
After ten years of coffee roasting, we finally made it to Ethiopia. Most of our travels are to Latin America, as it is more accessible and closer in proximity. We've connected with great partners in Sidama, Ethiopia to bring beautiful heirloom coffees to Northern Minnesota. We're excited to add a Flagship African coffee that will be available all year and available in your local grocery stores.
