We took Farm Select Colombian coffee and partnered with Swift to produce a high quality instant coffee product. Neider Betancourt Criollo grows a variety of coffee trees in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia. We travel to Huila each year to select coffees from Neider and other Colombian producers. This particular lot is a washed process coffee. We roast it here on the shores of Lake Superior and send to Pennsylvania to be processed into instant coffee crystals. No additives. Just pure freeze dried coffee. So good you can taste the origin.
