A quintessential Guatemalan coffee. Juicy, sweet, clean and caramely with notes of apricot and meringue. Nicholas Jiminez is a coffee producer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala whose coffee has always stood out amongst the rest. We’ve never crossed paths with Mr Jimenez in the many visits to the area, but we hope to on our next visit during the coffee harvest.
