A spicy chocolate bar spiced with a chili infused
cocoa butter and topped it using Cobanero chili flakes from Guatemala.
Cacao is sourced from Alta Vera Paz, Guatemala. Roasted, winnowed, refined and tempered in Downtown Duluth. After a decade of sourcing and roasting coffee, we applied our knowledge to something sweeter; chocolate. This pure chocolate is 70% Guatemalan cacao, cane sugar and a little cacao butter creating a creamy, crisp and delicate single origin, bean to bar, chocolate.
